[Slater] Kerr is of the belief that Kuminga can become an elite offensive rebounder, so his staff made an important declaration entering the season. They’ve told Kuminga he has free rein to crash for any and every offensive rebound he wants to attack.

I’m of the same belief. He’s gifted with all the physical tools needed for it

  2. If the dubs can find a way to make something like a steph klay wiggs kuminga looney lineup work they’d get pretty much every missed shot

  3. This is great news! Especially for those who, myself included, thought Kuminga’s lack of effort on the boards was part of the reason why he was benched in the playoffs. With his hops and quickness, there’s no reason JK shouldn’t be feasting on the boards.

Everything about this offseason is a little too positive. There’s gotta be something I’m missing. Everyone is saying the right things, the vibe is up… shit, We’re not used to this!

  4. Good. Last year Looney was the only one crashing. Which caused ORB% to fall to 21.5 with him off the court. The equivalent of 27th in the league.

    With Looney on, 27.3 (4th).

Kuminga should aim for an Iguodala role in a small ball lineup. Steph klay wiggs Kuminga Dray. That should be enough to defend everyone, and if his shooting holds, you have 4 shooters.
