I mean, the man stripped a guy in the paint while guarding his man at the 3 pt line. Pretty sure I’ve seen him block 3pt attempts from the paint, too.
It’s kind of funny because I think instead of comparing him to a lockdown defender like kawhi or an elite rim protector like gobert, it’s almost more apt to compare his defensive presence to having two good defenders instead. Him guarding man-on-man might as well be a double team, or he can guard two people in two separate places at once. Who else in the history of the NBA could do something like that?
