I’m really excited for this season, JV getting a full off-season of work, all the guys seeming to be bought in, I think this is going to be a really good season for us

The Nets are like an island of misfit toys and I get the feeling the FO/coach didn’t exactly want the roster they have today.

Second JV quote seems to be pointing at the Nets spending the next couple years trying to integrate and build Simmons value up for a trade, which I think will be a mistake.

This is just a cop out.

This team is not set heavy or motion heavy. Mikal ran pnr/DHO to get to his middy, he missed some decent looks. I don’t expect him to be as efficient over 80 games as he was in 27 games last year.

I do think they went too much Ben Simmons initiating with the offense, that just won’t be successful over a large sample.

  4. That’s good to hear I suppose ? Because the offense was struggling sometimes but I don’t know if he’s given them any defensive instructions

Why are we operating as if we are contenders, hiding our gameplan, when we should be developing young players and stashing more picks

Gonna be a long season folks. Could look pretty ugly, but hope I’m wrong
