We also have to be *very* confident that Garland or Mobley can take another leap. This trade gives the Cavs a very well rounded squad but leaves them without a top 30 player. It’s really difficult to be successful without top end talent.

I love OG but this isn’t even close. Mitchell is a #1 guy, at worst a premier #2 guy. OG is great but nobody will ever win a title with him as their #1 guy. It would take these 3 and multiple firsts, and even then, it wouldn’t be worth it to the cavs.
