Cam should have been the 4th pick of the draft and there was so many fake Rocket fans flooding the Rockets' board prior to the draft to goad us into taking Amen Thompson.
I had a hard time attacking these fake Rockets fans because they was able to trick real Rockets fans into believing Amen was our guy.
They was saying how Amen is more athletic, explosive and all that crap. They have no idea what athleticism look like. Cam is athletic — thats what real athelicism looks like.
I see a gap with Whitmore’s game currently. If his shot isn’t going , he struggles as a contributor. IMO, his overall game is a work in progress. His passing, rebounding, and instinct will get better with experience. That’s why Sasser was a better choice for the Pistons. Sasser’s 4-years of college experience is paying dividends instantly.
