The Wizards may be tanking this season but that doesn’t change the fact that they will be entertaining.
Wiz are going to play a high tempo offense and push the ball on the break. [Poole’s highlight reel](https://twitter.com/casualtakeking/status/1691862793618878817?s=46) speaks for itself! Kuz is fun on and off the court. Add in Gafford lobs, Bilal’s defense, Tyus Jones’ court vision and Kispert’s 3 point making and there is no way a legit NBA fan/”expert” would rank the Wizards last in terms of entertainment value.

I will say Lowe is one of the basketball pundits that I never ever question if he is watching the games
I think having Poole on the team single handily takes them out of the last spot. He might even mess around and compete for the scoring title
At least we’re doing something new, Bulls and Raptors are still in the race to be mid so I’d rank them dead last in entertainment
Kuzma and Poole have to be more fun than Van Vleet and Brooks in Houston right?

Wiz are gonna suck incredibly hard this year. Poole and kuz will have some fun nights but it’s gonna be hard to watch. Maybe bilal has a really strong rookie year. There will be moments but like they’re tanking. Idk why people on this sub are seemingly offended that basketball fans don’t care about us, what’s new?
We rightfully should be a bottom 5 team, probably even bottom 3. But the fact the Hornets are above us is insulting. We’re tanking, not a dumpster fire. Chicago being that high is also kind of buggy.

I think people are also overlooking the fact Beal almost missed half of the games last two seasons. Poole is more fun and available than Beal and not that far behind talent wise imo

Do you realize what league pass rankings are? He does the column every year and it based on an algorithm where teams are scored by 5 categories:
1) Zeitgeist (Do normal people care about this team?)
2) Highlight Potential
3) Strategy/Style/Coaching
4) League Pass minutia (announcers, uniforms, court)
5) Unintentional Comedy
The Wizards only have the ability to score highly in “highlight potential” and maybe “unintentional comedy.” Their ranking is earned.
