Zion doesn't seem interested in defense, just standing walking around, not boxing out. Watching him feels like he doesn't even want to be there. So disappointing he doesn't even look like he's trying.
As far as I can tell, watching, the Pelicans strategy for Zion Williamson is this: you are one the greatest physical athletes in the history of this game when healthy – here you are in training camp, ready to go, so what were going to do is plant you on the block on the weak side and NEVER pass you the ball………Eight players on their roster got more shots than he did – EIGHT!!!!!!!!!!
