I suspect we will get off to a slow start. I like a free flowing offense but there's 0% chance you can win anything without a featured go to guy that the offense is centered around. Especially with the marginal talent that the 76ers have. Let's not complicate things to much we got the raining mvp & 2x raining scoring champion. Let's get more people involved but we're not winning anything with Tobias or Melton being our leading scorers.

Most fans are tired of hearing about James. Unless it’s a trade – talk about it – other than that – it’s whatever we knew the deal. It’s not the best situation but Sixers GM’s have failed us more than coaching… And it continues!!! Embiid should be fine with the new system. He had the ball a lot in the playoffs and where did that get us. He will still get his touches – nurse ain’t foolish – but move the ball and let other players eat…. I rather Embiid give me a little less offense for a little more defense anyway…
Have to ask…. Won’t the new “player ‘s have to play” policy kick in starting game one? Would the league really allow the sixers and harden to make a mockery of the policy before the tv contracts are finalized?

Embiid complained at various times during his playoff runs about not getting the rock as if they would of won if he got it more,however I think this will work out better than doc's old school system,its about moving the ball and finding the hot shooter(s), like Melton in this game,and most nights your best player will be hot,thats why superstars are who they are,so don't overwork embiid during the regular season he should have Jokic like numbers throughout the season and come play off time, that's the formula to win it all,doing it all,scoring,rebounding,and assist,I'm good if Joel's numbers are 25/10/10

Without Harden, we are missing a good point guard that can get Embiid the ball any time he wants

I believe Embiid’s interview after the game was 100 percent honest. I do believe he always wanted to play more team ball passing and getting others involved. I think Nick Nurse system will help Embiid and the team. Kevin Pompey seems very negative to this new Embiid. I can’t figure this guy out.

Nurse is a "team coach" and sixers are not built to be "a team".
Embiid is great, Maxey is excellent, Harden is HOF, there are some good players there too, that could play great roles in other teams. But there's no "team".
