Money Ball scene: Billy Beane (Brad Pitt) told Art Howe (Phillip Seymore) to play his new players and to trust him with the process; when Howe refused, Beane traded Howe’s players so only his were left. I think Cronin will have to play Billy Beane before the Trade Deadline so Billups can’t pull an Art Howe. Grant, Brogdon and Thybulle are Billups' go-to guys and will syphon playing time from Cronin's new guys; so sorry coach, you can’t rebuild halfway, you gotta go all in, are you with me?

Not saying Ant is as good as Dame, but he's also a lot better than many have given him credit for. And he's still improving.

Agree with Tori about deandre and his development. This year isn't about winning it's about finding out what all your players can do. Almost every year they say the same thing about the draft, then as the year progresses they find one or two players they think are amazing at the top of the draft.
I think if they're looking at a play in game then they will trade Grant and maybe another vet to make sure that that doesn't happen. The only way I see them hitting a play in game is if Ant blows up and becomes a borderline star or scoot does.
Scoot is not a 3 pick
JG and Ant not going anywhere. This is their best chance to be All-stars this year. However, if they are traded it's because a great deal was offered that they couldn't turn down. You're right, JG was a killer deal a high FRP was a steal for JG. I personally believe that his value has increased since he was traded and particularly after the 2023 draft where teams were all in for Wemby. Don't sweat JG's new contract it's quite good compared to the market for a player of his talents.
