My issues with videos like this and the whole offense is good but defense wins championships blah blah blah talking point. Is that its WRONG it's a OLD perspective, a fan perspective and NOT a OWNERSHIP perspective. The key perspective is profits and what generates the most profits for ownership. Especially if you factor in how often these franchise players, who generate clicks, tv deals, ad revenue and views on YouTube and other platforms. You can no longer build in a traditional way, while generating millions rhe way you used to. Once a guy becomes a household name and he starts making all that money and he's not happy he's going to leave so ownership knows this and they no longer care. It's about the right now because it generations THE MOST đ°đ°.
I guess no one wants to talk about Kryie injuries stopping the bucks from winning the championship. The nets were killing the bucks with all offense no defense. Even Jeff Teague said everyone in the locker room thought they were going to lose until kryie got hurt. So I think Brooklyn wasnât a failure it just had to many injuries to see there full potential

The Nets are a terrible use case to base an argument on. Even in Phoenix he played like 8 games before the playoffs started. New coach, new roster, new season. Let's see how it goes

We have many others who would be starters in other teams. Eric Gordon, Grayson Allen, Yuta Watanabe. Our bench just kicked the Lakers starters butt forcing them to 22 turnovers. Then on top of that without Booker, Durant, or Beal.. our bench scored 20 more points in 1 quarter than Lebron on with his crew. Plus we have a focus on defense with a defensive focused coach and coaching team. Nothing against you but you will are change your mind real soon. We are loaded on defense and of course offensive prowess.

KD in his entire career has picked 1 coach. He also went to Brooklyn for kyrie and HARDEN choose them as a possible destination. KD is now on the suns where the big dog is Booker and while they may talk to KD like all from offices do with super stars itâs booker with the power there. so can we stop with these wild stories and saying KD ever was a âplayer/GMâ when the only person to fit that role in MBA history has been Lebron.
Oh and if you arenât willing to bring up the fact that INJURIES were the driving force behind those first two seasons failing and that before KD and kyrie trade when on a winning streak the nets ranked top 10 in both categories and he wasnât even there for the rest of the season where the team was worst on both sides of the ball which lowered the over all ratings.
One of My issues with the suns is actually offense. like yes they have three great shot makers but they have no floor general or great paint scorer to draw in the defense .combine that with the fact Bradley Beal and Durant have been injury prone the past few years . And it could be a long regular season for them .
They have team of solid defenders with a coach like frank they will be play defense as a team like this video won't age well when they're a top 15 defense the nuggets just won wasn't no top 10 defense
This so miss leading does nets teams were hurt thats why defensive ranking were low yall bring up this super team shit like the nets teams weren't always hurt.sun are not a super team beal isnt a top 35 player there a super team so is the bucks and celtics.
Defense is overrated , Tony Allen would make Kobe put up 25 instead of 40 but only score 4 point himself . You lose that matchup by 21 points lol. You can a chip with 2-3 â3&Dâ guys and a half decent rim protector
So youâre gonna act like Deandre Ayton was giving 100% effort against Denver or Chris Paul was healthy or KD was healthy all season long and the fact that Monty Willams was making adjustments every time they needed to change things and just as a cherry on top the Suns bench in last years playoffs werenât making any shots when they needed it with Book and KD the game was close but when they need a rest the score collapses
