  1. The crazy thing is that Victor is only nineteen and still growing … Giannis grew another 2- 3 inches when he was nineteen.

  2. I just watched the movie: Kareem: "Minority of One". I hope that the young man will have an equally impressive career. Despite the fact that he is almost 3 years younger than Jabbar when he made his NBA debut, Wemby can change the face of the league in his first season, which is what everyone warmly wishes him. p.s. what will it be like when the boy masters the sky hook? 😉

  3. I am just so impressed with his movement spacing awareness focus defensive intensity calmness . . . Not the size and length

  4. No overreaction . Wemby has already demoralised some top NBA talent . Poor Wiggins and Steph will be having nightmares . I would find it hard to imagine that Wembys play will suddenly slump when the reg season starts . He's going to impact the game no matter what . He can use his 7"4 body to its full advantage . And the whole NBA should be shittin their pants .

  5. He says he's working on the skyhook. If he perfects it, it's over. He'll possibly hit that shot at 80 percent, and expell precious little energy doing so.

  6. Stating that he does anything with barely any effort is fan boyish. Everything he does is due to him exerting effort. He makes it appear easy because it's due to his length but don't get it confused it takes much effort for someone that height to move that quickly.😎

  7. Hello to the habitual haters from a french Spurs fan. Victor is gonna pile up triple doubles night in night out when the season starts. He could have made 5 ones out of the last 5 games if only Pop had let him play more than 20 mn per game. Easiest guess ever…

  8. Gosh. He looks amazing. But also looks like he'll break with 1 wrong move. Good luck to him.

  9. When all is said and done, Wemby’s name will be up there with the greatest.

  10. he has is own style, and I guess it is the thing that hopefully he will continue to build. hope that he will be able to maintain physically what he is doing because a big guy like him needs a lot of energy to make these things.

  11. He already toughened up at the euroleague due to very physical style there. Seen videos of Wemby being bullied around heavily there because that is a strategy teams over there developed. But I don't know in NBA if they can bully him much without being fouled every possession. So I think he is used to physical games and has developed endurance for those, unless he is injured, he can take a beating.

  12. We are all witnessing a once in a lifetime NBA prodigy. He has the highest ceiling of any prospect coming in the NBA and was already skilled coming in . Let's not forget that He's ONLY 19 and learning and adapting to the NBA game at a rate that is stunning everyone. He's a special talent. Plus the kid is humble. I could see him be the face of the NBA in a few years.
