I have them finishing 5th and beating the 76ers in round 1 I have them leapfrogging the 3 you said plus the heat and the knicks also the Hawks will miss John Collins, he was very good defensivley
They will be right where they were last year, hope i'm wrong. Jevon Carter and Torrey Craig are fine players, i think they will bring an impact but i don't think it will result in a sizeable jump in the East. I say 9th, but hopefully they do better because if not…….time to cut the cord.

I've got the Bulls finishing 6th. I think the Sixers, Heat, and Nets will take a dip this season while the Bulls, Magic, and Hawks improve.
The bulls need power forward starting and bench but instead they keep getting guards that's why they are losing you need a solid defensive power forward if not we will continue to try to match offense with no defense until you put in the bench
