I don’t think it ever got to that point. It appears they had one conversation and Portland wasn’t interested in trading Dame to Miami.
They may have discussed Tyler and others but that doesn’t mean a firm offer was ever made if Portland didn’t show any interest. A lot of times these conversations are much more casual

I think thats probably true on a technicality. Herro was never going to Portland and they never engaged with them to find a third team so technically herro was never offered to anybody.
