No matter what team he's on I'm a hardcore Sengun fan now. I hope he will continue to be our franchise piece just like Hakeem Olajuwon was.
Alpy's problem is not talent, it's hesitancy to use that talent and I blame Silas! Alpy came in his rookie year extremely confident on offense. Dude just played, he didn't overthink things. He had really good instincts with the ball! Silas broke him last year! His confidence has been shaken, hopefully not shattered. He has an open three and he still hesitates even though the coaching staff has encouraged him to shoot it. And even when he does shoot it he hesitates just enough to throw off his timing. But in the preseason he has been hesitating about everything on offense. That second Spurs game it was more of the same for about the first half or so and then he calmed down, stopped overthinking and just played and we saw a glimpse of old Alpy! That was a small sample size from preseason but hopefully something clicked that will carry on over to this first game!
I feel sorry for these guys having to answer dumb questions from the media. They have enough on their plates in my opinion. I hope Ime will slack up at times on teaching these guys new things until some of the things he is trying to teach become natural without them thinking. Good luck to you guys. Fans are dying to see you guys win. That's a lot of pressure.
He looks very tired. There is no doubt that he works very hard. His up-and-down performance in pre-season matches is probably due to this fatigue. In order to give 100% in real season matches, he must rest well and sleep well.
How sad, when asked about who’s loudest on Defense. Alpi said Jeremiah lmao ya I bet he would have been better to keep rather than BOban but our GM and Owner are absolutely cooked.. Fudge sticks
