I completely understand Lebron not wanting to play the whole game/being on a season long plan for minutes restriction to save him for the playoffs. It's the "smart thing to do. BUT….dude knows FULL WELL that's 100% HIS choice. He is not being remotely honest when he deflects blame for not playing to the coaching and training staff. When he acts like "Man, I WANTED to play….I'm such a competitor that I wanted to play…but they just wouldn't let me…". That's dishonesty. "I guess there is a system in place." Lie. You KNOW there is a system in place. One that you have talked about extensively with you're coaches and training staff. He is choosing that. Not them. If he really wanted to play and win this game, he would have played more. Like I said, I don't fault him for not playing and being smart long-term. But I do fault his dishonesty about it.

D Russ has to average closer to 20ast a game for Lakers to have a chance. He has to make others better getting easy buckets and shots.
