This is why reddish was playing over Christie. Max in my eyes is a better player BUT! cam is 6’8 and with 7’1 wingspan. If he continues doing this. Max wont play. And they get offense from rui and Gabe. Best thing to hope for max is what reaves did two years ago. Force them to play you by getting better.

No reddish is playing because the Lakers has a hard on for him. They wanted to trade for him for years. They see something in him but I’m not seeing it.
Nothing is gonna make this team better. Everyone they picked up played for losing teams, so all they know how to play is losing basketball. Good luck Laker nation.
The fuck is this thread? Good post OP but some of these comments are wild. It was the first game can we all just take a chill pill on calling any of our players bad? We played a team that brought back all their starters and have YEARS of cohesion with one another. You’d think our fans would learn to have some fucking patience after a 2-10 start turned into a wcf appearance last season.
I was saying last night in the gamethread but Reddish played pretty well. The key for him will he can he just make the catch and shoot 3s off a swing pass. I remember him hitting one and absolutely bricking another. His defense was actually pretty solid.
He played well yesterday taking into account he is a 3rd stringer. Better defense than our guards.
I actually like this line up for our bench. Gotta have Dlo out there too help get plays moving

I think Darvin can turn Cam into a solid 3&D player. Cam was a great bucket getter in high school and college but it just hasn’t translated to the NBA where everybody is the best bucket getter
Really surprised how well cam reddish played I thought he was uninspired during the preseason but wow the defense and effort is there sink a couple of threes in and he’s gonna be a factor
Honestly I’m not high on Christie. He seems very mediocre as a player to me. I think a lot of Laker nation isnt used to having young players so they overate the ones that they do get.
