  1. This was the kind of game the Celtics lost last year. When they let the lead slip away in the fourth they'd all try to do too much. Brown, Smart and Tatum would run around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to get the lead back by themselves. Smart would dribble over halfcourt and chuck up a three or Brown would drive into the lane into triple coverage and turn the ball over. Not to mention with the game on the line, Tatum would pass to Smart who'd brick the shot completely. Now they have KP to settle things down and hit the big shot. Once KP hit that three with 90 seconds left, the Celtics regained control and never looked back. That's the element that was missing last year. Now they just need a bench.

  2. Dear Knicks, Please drop Mitchell Robinson like a bad habit! He is a waste of space man just tall for no reason at all.

  3. I can already tell rebounding, unelss addressed with some trades or maybe buy-outs come deadline day is really going to be a thorn in the Celtics side. 17 offensive rebounds is asking to lose a game. They really needed to keep RWIII in that trade, but hopefully someone else comes around. KP was great on both ends but they need rebounding. Getting the whole team to collapse onto boards is probably going to hurt their ability to run out after stops so having a guy that can secure boards after stops is a big need already. Cant matchup with Milwaukee, Cleveland, Denver, or Philly with that showing on the boards every night.

  4. What a great addition to the team Porzingis is he moves the ball smoothly and has a great three point shot

  5. The only thing I really wanna criticize from JT is his body language whenever the opponent scores or if they miss a shot. It's such a confidence killer, especially since he's the leader. Other than that, he's looking aggressive and unstoppable. This could very well be his year.

  6. KP looks sooooo good. Can we put him on ice now until March? 😬 So exciting to see the Celtics FINALLY seem to keep calm and poised to close the game out. We’ll see how it looks against the Heat and Bucks!

  7. Porzingis looking like the 2nd best player on the team scoring 30+ pts, with Tatum 34 pts tonight. Celtics is so talented the next game could be Tatum and someone else with a 30+ pts. Top 1-6 players for the Celtics is great but 7-10 that is the problem, Mazzulla gotta figure the rotations and hopefully find the right combo playing together.

  8. I swear people haven't been talking about Tingus Pingus enough as way more attention has gone to Holiday. He played amazing last year on a bad team and many other years he would've made the all star team. I could see him making one this year if the Celtics come out the gate like they did last year

  9. This was a good game for both teams just get better on the three point line on defense. Other than that what a team this looks like 08 Celtics to me. Let's go get the gold 🥇🪙

  10. KP won this game tonight. JT was good, if you don’t count his turnovers in crunch time but this game was KP’s

  11. I do hope to see Kristaps’ minutes go down a bit. We don’t need to be running him 38 minutes a night in October

  12. Celtics lifer here. Knicks look serious this year! They have a ton of potential with this team. Looks like theyre ball movement and chemistry is already at a high level. Some of these no name Knick players are going to be household names by the end of the season. Celtics looked ok, i hope they work on their frontcourt issues soon.

  13. Brown played like an overrated and overpaid player. Same bad habits, if it wasnt for Porzingis they wouldve been in an ugly situation. Holiday shot some bricks early in the clock and did his part of being Smart 1.5. Tatum looks fantastic and the overall defense looks good. Porzingis is looking like a steal, lets see if he can stay healthy. I just dont like to see the same bad habits. You cannot win a championship by shooting 3's. You have to find the perfect balance and know when it is the time to unleash them or pound the paint.

  14. Knicks sucks only championship they winning is in NBA2k there's no hope for that team or rat infested city

  15. The Knicks winning a championship is like a Puerto Rican girl with something to offer not possible
