For real tho. There’s a bunch of yall here who were all the way out before the 1st half was even over

Lots to like. We played resilient when down, Ant tied his career high in rebounding (I think?) and got tons of chances at the line, Rudy looked like he could win the scoring title in a motion offense now that we have 6 guys that can find him, I love Naz Reid, and we have an insanely solid guard rotation.

This could be a top 10 worst shooting night for the season, and those happen now and then. Pair that with a few (not a ton) of mental mistakes and a little too much Gobert initiating the fast break, and you get a loss. I think our emotional state looked healthy

Raptors won’t shoot 42% from 3 very often this year and I didn’t hate our contests in the half court at all. I do think we got ran out of the gym in transition which was the #1 concerning problem with two bigs from last year. So it’s a little more than 1 game in that regard.

I mean we shot horribly, raps shot super well from the 3, no jaden and we still only lost by 3(really should be 6 but who cares). One thing i liked today was kat looking way more mobile on defense and the lack of fouls from him on the offensive side

#Full panic, trade everyone, rebuild around Josh Minott!

What do you think you like what are you worried about. Nothing has to be all or nothing.

We need shooters and we casually let one of our best walk.

that other thread is TOXIC, not at all what I expected after the positive off-season vibes around here

Did all the Vikings fans tune in tonight or…?

Wolves offense was frustrating, not enough ball movement, Toronto moved the ball around and took a lot more open shots. Wolves had way too many contested shots and did not get back in transition. They’ll get better.

I thought the Vikings reddit was toxic af! I forgot how truly awful this place can be after a loss, it’s hilarious.

We have one of the worst fan bases in the nba

If Jaden were playing we would have won by 10.

  12. It’s not one game! We had this exact same discussion last august lol. And then maybe 35 times in the ensuing season! It’s the same. Exact. Story. People are deluding themselves if they think that this is a “one game” problem.

“I will not overreact to peoples’ heat of the moment takes in the game thread.”

Y’all act like people saying “Rudy Sucks” in the game thread after he misses a shot is some sort of well thought out take or gospel pronouncement. They are just living in the moment and upset.

People consume sports differently and at different levels of investment and intensity and that’s fine. Being persistently positive or more measured in your takes in the moment doesn’t make your a better fan, you just have a different relationship with the game.

Mfers out here talking about the trade deadline lol

Can I react to KATs entire career at least?

Simply not a winning basketball player. Negative bball IQ.

  16. Gibsony5

Jaden was out. Doesn’t count. Still 0-0.

  17. Shepher27

It’s the way they lost though, all the same bad habits from last year

  18. barryvon

“KAT complains” is an absolute simpleton take from people that are watching 4 year old highlights and no other games in nba history
