I was so impressed by Luka. Didn’t complain on ever drive. We were getting hammered inside including himself with no calls in the first half and he was putting in the work on D. Tipping balls. Hustling. Got it going in the second half both himself and assists. See the potential with him and Lively and him and Grant and we just got a taste of CLOSEOUT with him and Kyrie. And that’s at, let’s say 80%. We can compete with any team this season. Will we win 100%, no. But we should have lost tonight. Spurs had the momentum for so much of this game, and the calls, and the wemby mania

They looked a lot faster out there and contested more. I think the younger lineups work. A lot more movement in the offense as well, especially when Green was out there. Cool first game!
