Please explain why you see value in Jake LaRavia. I feel like pundits are making excuses for a bad draft pick. Just because he is young or because he played well in the g league, doesn’t mean he is an NBA player. He has poor perimeter defensive ability, he has not shot well from 3, he can’t really shoot off the dribble, he can’t handle the ball well, and if kennard and him are on the floor together- I want kennard to shoot the open 3.
We also don’t have Santi for tomorrows game. we’re decimated with injuries smh..
I was a Steven Adams fan before a memphis fan I follow the big kiwi anywhere. Shout out to hushboi.
I agree yet i think Jake has shown progress
Giannis shoulder drops and gets away with it. Jaren even thinks about it, and it's a foul.
What about Greg Monroe????
I did think we should’ve kept Kessler in that draft because of his size. I don’t think LaRavia is bad, I think it was desperation trying to find the “right” wing.
All the bigs we have besides Adams are undersized or average rebounders at best
Far as Walker Kessler, Stevo was never going to be the long-term solution. Kessler would've been perfect as the Grizz didn't have a backup C. Could've learned under Stevo and eventually transitioned into the starting role. Better for roster construction than doubling up on mid'ish SFs that draft.
