  1. Wasn’t pretty but I’ll take 2-0 all day

  2. GreatWhiteNurse

This is what playing to the level of your opponent looks like

I am very much in the camp of “a win is a win”, but nothing about this game felt good to watch

  3. okayjoshy

i couldn’t watch but i’m glad we won lol

  4. evenyetodd

Well good teams win on shitty nights too I guess

  5. misterdave75

Grind it out baby! Lots to improve upon, but learning to win is important.

  6. Lieutenant_Long_Dong

Jalen is such a stud on defense!

You already know what time it is…

  8. MagicInOrlando

Shaedon Sharpe is a special player. We didn’t have our best game tonight, but good teams figure it out and know when to lock in. I’ll take it!

  9. wouldntknowever

When Bostons worst playoff performer (Brogdan) is your go-to guy, can’t expect a win.

    2-0 baby

  10. Milla4Prez66

If Markelle misses time, I’d rather move Suggs to the 1 and start Gary. Cole needs to be the spark plug off the bench.

  11. VoidTyrant

Fuck that was closer then it needed to be

Amount of times Paolo had favourable mismatch or good positioning but got ignored was way too high. He was physically disgruntled and i dont blame him.

  13. You know what. This team traveled across the country for their first road game of the season. We blew a lead, could’ve easily given up at multiple points of the game. Offense wasn’t flowing, shooting was bad all around. But they stuck it out and they win with hustle, defense, and playing together. Impressive win. Jalen Suggs and Moe W get game balls. Hope Fultz is okay.

TOP OF SOUTH EAST DIVISION. Keep it going. One of the top teams in the league. KEEP IT GOING.

  15. zkh2902

Well we played like garbage and still won on the West coast, that’s what good teams do. I do think Paolo needs to get the ball in his hands more often than he did tonight, even though he wasn’t playing the best.

  16. ChannelNeo

not the prettiest game, but the Magic gutted it out.

Gotta appreciate the dub. We’re not in a position to gloss over games. There’s real expectations for this team and we have to be on the ball no matter what.

Paolo will get his in the future, but he’s still a net positive, making plays other than scoring.

  17. yippikieyaymofo

Kendra just doing her job not even stoked about the tough win. Dante woulda let the audience know those guys just grinded out a tough coast to coast win

  18. imHere4kpop

That was a dog fight to the end! Awesome we were able to win a game like that.

  19. Bucs2k20

Extremely happy with the win but we got to find a way to better utilize paolo he’s getting mismatches and not even seeing the ball. He was visibly frustrated and forcing shots they need to let him cook more because he sets up a lot of assists with how they play him

  20. merlynman

First full magic game I’ve ever watched. I think I’ve seen enough to say that Cole Anthony will one day pass lebron for the all time scoring lead

  21. evan466

Can tell from Franz’s post game interview that he and the team aren’t satisfied with wins like this. They feel like they should have won by more but they hurt themselves with rebounding and at the line.

  22. regardless of a win, feels like a lost lol.

  23. JackCullenMocha

Not the cleanest of wins but its still a W

  24. Massive-Celery-7926

Jalen and Judah are terrifying on defense. This group is scrappy as heck too. Loving it so far. Fingers crossed that we stay healthy

  25. KgMonstah

We have a tough next 5. Gotta be better controlling the ball than this. The second half the air went out. The next 5 teams in a row beat us if we do that again.

  26. jackloganoliver

I didn’t like Cole being in there at the end of that game. He’d been cold all half and Fultz probably could have helped the 4th quarter offense be a bit more efficient.

Also, kudos to the Blazers for playing damn well. Sharpe, Brogdon and Ayton all contributed big in various ways and made it a lot closer than it should have been.

Lastly, game ball to Suggs for his defense on Grant in the 4th quarter. Dude was a monster.

  27. Loose-Animal7305

No matter how close Portland got, I think the Blazers knew who was winning this one

  28. ricksenberg

Games like this happen. Be happy with the W.

  29. MKFlame7

11 missed free throws is really frustrating but other than that good enough

  30. TheBigBeef97

Good W. Now for the real test starting on Monday.

  31. sevenflyerr

Why did JI only play single digit minutes???

  32. LiveFromFLORIDA

Mo Wagner what a game daddy damn. 8 for 8 or 9 for 9 however you wanna call it idk I’m inebriated

  33. 81thirdkid

We won an ugly game. That’s what defense like this can do for ya. Gotta clean up the turnovers. I feel like the missed free throws are more of an outlier performance.

  34. Blading_at_45

Any win on the west coast is a good win, regardless.
