Especially when they float…the KNICKS LMAO. Joel wants an upgrade, not a lateral movement. And he wants it preferably here.
Hope there’s a clause in his contract, if he does want to leave he can go to any club but the Celtics. I’d throw up if he won a title there
Here’s the thing. It’s not like he hasn’t had multiple shots at advancing further. And he himself hasn’t gotten the job done to the franchise-superstar level in crunch time. And I’m sure he knows it. He hasn’t had the perfect team around him, but he’s had enough, and other than the simmons atlanta nonsense, his teammates haven’t really let him down to any great degree. And I think he’s a fairly self-aware guy, so I doubt he’s irrationally blaming his teammates and the organization. So I wouldn’t be surprised if all our fears of him asking out were just unfounded.
