The one time ATL didn’t double him he hit a clutch midrange jumper. The way he played tonight was so intelligent yet many think he doesn’t have that type of 🏀 IQ. He does he just needs shooters around him. DiVincenzo was a big pickup.

I thought the Hawks made a big mistake by doubling him so fast in the post. He did a great job making them pay for it passing then showed up in the clutch. Some great stuff from Randle tonight.

People saying third option aren’t watching the game. The whole offense is being utilized around Julius Randle and he’s deciding whether to score or pass. That’s not a third option that’s literally the definition of franchise player.
He’s generating most of the offense. Some guys of those threes Brunson hit Julius could have shot it but didn’t

He’s still recovering from injury/surgery. Hasn’t found his rhythm offensively just yet. I wouldn’t go too crazy determining where he is in the pecking order. He’s super talented so he’s helping in other ways.
