Love to see Tatum putting emphasis on what Brisset did for them. The Heat’s momentum died when he came in and hustled, played good defense and got all those offensive rebounds.

Once the momentum started shifting that’s when it started clicking for everyone else.

Tatum has really bothered me the last couple years with his incessant complaining to the refs. There were many occasions where he wouldn’t even get back on defense and just lay on the floor or complain.

Maybe an overreaction, but this year seems different. Really excited about his growth as a leader, as shown here. We know he has the skill

Dude was a wrecking ball for a quick minute. I was half watching and every time I looked up he was on the floor, crashing bodies, 800% energy level

Such a good answer. What an ideal superstar to have

This was part of the discussion regarding getting rid of smart this off-season. Forcing the Jays into leadership roles.

From everything I’ve heard as of late, both are giving very encouraging responses from questions regarding their teammates.

This is who we needed them to be. And it seems they are taking up the mantle. In both games so far, the Jays were able to impact the games even if not on the score sheet (as much as we expect) and are giving flowers to their teammates who may be exceeding expectations.

It’s been two ugly ass wins. But I’m just loving what I’ve seen/heard so far from this group.

For all the talk JT gets about not being “that guy”, or a leader, he’s doing exactly what the best leaders do. Crediting others for his successes and taking responsibility on his own shoulders for failures.

Oshae was amazing- seems to have a special instinct for the ball, great size/athleticism/hustle.

Stevens has just nailed the team building over and over I’m so grateful
