  1. This starting 5 is similar to the 08’ Celtics. Pierce, Garnett, Ray Allen, Rhondo, Tony Allen.

Scorers, elite defenders, a big man who can stretch the floor and shoot, guards who can create opportunities for others, guys who can lock other teams best down.

  2. Like I said The Boston Celtics are winning 60+ games this year. This is also the start of a dynasty. They finally got rid of Smart who was holding White and other guards back. Casual basketball fans really thought that is wasn’t a smart move trading him for Porzingis..😂😂😂 this team is going to produce 4 all stars and 3 All NBA players

  3. These 1st two games were great for Boston to be in and win. KP in the pick and roll with JT is a toss up for the opposing team.

  4. Those blocks were actually fouls but Derrick White is a really great player. Can’t believe he wasn’t ranked in the Top 100

  5. cs do have a pecking order. its Tatum and then every1 else. jb is the most talented of the others so he may shine the most but they closed both games so far going to tatum – bc jb is around his size they like jt in 2-man game w a big or a guard. which one depends on the match up. v knicks they liked tatum attacking robinson in the drop until they started leaving kp to double. v miami they put the ball in whites hands cleared the corner and ran pnr w tatum as the screener. he slipped quickly so they either have to switch and he has a mismatch with the whole side of the floor to wrk or dwhite gets good stuff going down hill finding jb and jrue on the back side. they are also like +63pointsper100 in the clutch over these two games. id say so far so good

  6. I love watching sports with an eye towards wanting a fair playing field, and to the annoyance of people I watch with, I'll call the C's out when they get away with something. That being said, if JT(and JB) got the same whistle on their drives that the Heat got JT would have had 6-10 more FTs and been in that 28-32 point range. I get it, superstars get a better whistle, but it never seems to apply to JT or JB

  7. We need 1 more bench scorer. Both to absorb minutes in regular season and to help in playoffs. Tatum played 41 last night, that’s not great.

  8. We need to trade for a solid 2 way backup wing. We have a shitload of seconds so we can def make it happen

  9. The Miami Heat are the worst team in the league to watch. They just game officials the whole time.

  10. 2:22 no no, not twice. dwhite blocked butler 3 times, twice in transition and once underneath the basket. Stole 6 free points easily. Really insane game for white

  11. Very good analysis, but I'd argue the Celtics are still, basically, in preseason here. They're still largely feeling out how they're gonna operate night-to-night, particularly with 3 new starters.

  12. Im a Boston fan. Even thu the 90s i was a boston fan. I think the celtics should offer white for hero and Jaime Jaquez Jr. Boston has not had a 1st round pick in awhile and this gives them a cheap guy they need off the bench that could develop. Hero is ideal for a 6 man not AL. This brings al back to the starting line up and gives them a go to on the 2nd unit in hero. Yes they get worse defensively but this team is still a tittle favorite and it helps them long term.
