I think its inevitable that Brown wont be a Celtic for long. I read somewhere that the Celtics have the potential to go with a bigg man and Tatum type duo. That they have the pieces to trade for Embiid if they trade Brown and Porzingis. Like Embiid and Tatum duo would be highly unstoppable
I think they would benefit from moving the ball more! Tatum and Brown are notorious for excessive dribbling, which tends to lead to turnovers…regularly.
John hasn’t watched the hawks bucks game yet. And he hasn’t watched the Spurs and Wemby play yet going by the podcast. JB is staying for now and let’s put that to rest.
Need to stop downplaying this.. the bench isn’t good, already there are games mazulla thinks that Pritchard is unplayable. If houser becomes a good or reliable as Duncan Robinson that would be a HUGE boost. I hope Queta evolves and turns into a surprise plus for this group, he’ll never be a Rob but he’s better for us then Kornet. If Brisett and Stevens keep bringing that energy and hustle and can be a little reliable for 3s that would be gr8 and maybe SviM needs a shot to challenge houser, he’s deadweight on D but he can shoot and not only that but score in different ways. But there’s still a whole lot of games to go. We are gonna have to add or trade for some decent, reliable pieces on the bench if the opportunity comes. But this is as top heavy as it gets and looking at the other top teams mainly Denver who everyone knows their roles like the back of their hand and plays like the most complete team more importantly they have their go 2 when times are tough. With all the talent and 2 wings being our best players who don’t play off each other that well will never become that, this is more of a go with the hot hand team and the end of the game JT and sometimes JB have the ball in their hand, which is why chemistry on offense and familiarity is important but defense is the key because we can rely on that as the thing that will always be there just like Denver’s continuity and everyone knowing their role and what to do in different situations they do the same thing.
JBs problem is he is to fast for his own handles/decision making. He just needs to slow it down a little… Slow is smooth and smooth is fast.
This team is a Regular Season, statement maker… They’ve been great to this point but I don’t trust them at all they do stupid sh** often & they also normalize it…!! Weird…!!!
