I just don’t understand these city editions this year. None of them seem to tie in well with the city, I get the tower of americas but then why not use fiesta colors so it’s actually on theme for SA?

Will probably look better irl, especially the gloss. But…meh. I do really love the Viva Spurs logo there, it’s also on the new jerseys. Wouldn’t mind just that as the main design on them instead of a tiny little side design.

This looks horrible.
Basic graphic design, a point should end before a line, or break a line. There are four parts of the “sun” which meet the trophy edge almost exactly. Then, wtf is this center ring? Is that a palette of muted tangerine, bubble gum off the ground pink, and a Sonics green and gold…of which, the “gold” doesn’t match the same “yellow/gold” band running lengthwise.
Then the canned font. Two of them.
Just being an honest academic.

I stg when I read it was connected to the city edition jersey i was terrified that the court would be brown, and while this greenish color isnt anything related to san antonio or the spurs either, at least it isnt brown
