  2. The Over sounds like a good way to go. However, as of right now, the question is whether or not Cleveland has enough healthy Starters. Garland & Rubio have been ruled out. Mitchell & Levert are both questionable at the moment. That leaves Strus, Okoro, Mobley as your starters, with 2 backup Guards in Porter & Merrill running the offense. So, until the Lineups are released, betting the Over might not be the cards.
