They fucked around with Joe (and Brad) and found out.

What a relief that their noise and nonsense is no longer associated with the Celtics.

We all about another banner now.

Man, for as frustrating as Grant was at times, I’ll always root for the guy and remember his tenure as a C fondly. Marcus… man, I so wish the Cs could’ve won a banner with him. I think there’s a decent chance he makes his way back to Boston before his career is over. I’ll definitely be rooting for him wherever he’s at though.

Iā€™ll always root for these two (unless we meet them in the finals) so much passion from both for their whole tenure, tragic we couldnā€™t win the chip with them.

I hope one day they can return to Boston for one last ride to get them a chip

My biggest fear is having to face Marcus in the finals.

Edit: I meant beating Smart in the finals would be heartbreaking. Also forgot that all of you can see the future thereā€™s no chance of it happening.

I just wish for Marcus to get their first W on his new home šŸ™

Perfect picture. Grantā€™s goofy ass smirk and Smartā€™s laugh. I miss them both

Funny how Grant is playing for Dallas (Marcus hometown) and Marcus is playing for Memphis which is the only Tennessee team and Grant went to college there.

Ho estly think that when we win Banner 18 next yr…he should get a ring for helping make it possible for the trade (I’m sure he had no choice), but by the looks of it we got a unicorn out of him and it will pay dividends. It is what it is.

This picture reminds me of a song the fictional reimagining of Rod Stewart, Rob Stuart, once sang:
“Fills my heart with sadness, takes away all my gladness, gives me troubles, that’s what it do.”

Theyre bros. Thatā€™s why thereā€™s no rivalry. You get guys becoming friends. He was so happy to guard a teammate.

So happy neither are jacking up shots and turning the ball over for the Celtics. They had a good run but they donā€™t fit what the team needed. Yes both had great moments but more often than not they were turning the ball over, trying to do too much.

When brown Tatum white brogdon/horford were on the floor smart took way too many isos/ bad plays from smart imo

Downvote me all you want as long as injuries donā€™t pile up more than normal Celtics going all the way

Marcus got floored by a Grant screen in the late 4th qtr of that game lol
