At this point who can you even trade for realistically?
Either sign a starting playmaker pg who can get a consistent 12 and 6. ie Kendrick Nunn, Dragic, Elfrid Peyton is out there, swing for the fence and grab John Wall. Or give RJ Hampton a look. Kid is creative as heck. If Hampton can run the point at 6'4 that'll be beautiful.

As I've been saying from the beginning of this season, this year will be different. The Heat’s luck has finally run out. Yes – it's still very early and there's still time to turn things around. But if you think that the Heat don't have a problem, then you haven't been watching very closely. Many other teams in the association got better while we stood still. Our talent level is not there. Jimmy and Bam will need more help.
Why can't Jovic get a sniff?
We could really use a dynamic player who can generate his own offense. You know, like a Damon Stoudamire. 😮
And Pat Riley couldn't get the Dame deal done when Dame wanted to sign for the Heat and no-one else?
Heat should have picked up Dragic this offseason. Need a point guard.
I blame Tyler. Shot way too much and should’ve dished the ball to the hot hands of JRich and Jaquez.
But on a serious note. JJJ and JRich were rough. I expect much better from JRich, but if this is what we’re getting…whew. Bam was great, but I do wish had more attempts.
We’re missing someone to be that 10-15PPG guy. Maybe it’s Caleb when he comes back. I think he can, but we really need it.
As good as the Heat are at developing undrafted guys…They have a tendency to develop draft picks into "Role" guys….Jaime is the kind a player that needs touches in the paint…Post ups, etc…He needs to be groomed as if he going to be a star…Making him stand in the corner and do nothing, is awful for his development… the Heat have a way of pigeoning holing there high picks into "ROLE" guys…Bam is the ultimate "role" guy…Tyler broke that somewhat…But in the beginning they played him in the "Duncan" type 3pt shooter role…
Jaime needs to come off the bench and be The FIRST OPTION on the second unit..He's got the moves, footwork and bag to be great..
