Yes. Some of the passes and reads are plain sloppy
Echo everything, Cade too many turnovers sloppy passes and his handle is lazy at times , players watching film on him and see if you press up and reach in Cade is slow to cross the ball over. Same problem at the Rico Hines runs , he was getting rip a lot. Think we’re seeing we Can’t have starting lineup with killian and ausar, bogs will replace one of these guys. Is anyone confident when we see killian shoot or drive ?
Ivey getting so little run is definitely concerning and is frustrating to me. You can’t have two top 7 wasted picks and contend. I don’t want to hear about iveys inexperience bc Sharp who lit us up didn’t play college and didn’t play nearly as many minutes as Ivey last year (more nba exp than Cade too). I didn’t expect to be so frustrated with Monty so soon. Smh
Cade lost this game tonight. His turnovers and being careless with the basketball. Then Cade went total ball hog and everybody else stood around and watched Cade miss shot after shot.
I am not about to give up on Cade but this loss was on Cade. He lost this game tonight for sure!
Imagine If Cade has a PG next to him like a young Chris Paul. The Pistons need to find a big PG whi can shoot and creat next to Cade..

Can’t anyone see this is total insanity??!! Bringing Jaden Ivey off the bench is crazy. I’m starting to think there’s something mentally wrong with Monty Williams. Seriously,not only with Ivey but what sane person would start Killian Hayes? He might be the worst player in the NBA. Watching them play gives me the feeling that a good coach would have them playing much better.
I've been saying this for over a year now, this teams a mess and it's on Weaver. Too many of our players are one dimensional. Put shooters out there to help take pressure up Cade and create some spacing, our defense sucks. Go defense and our offense sucks because all spacing is gone and they can put pressure on Cade. I liked Thompson as a player but he isn't the help this team needs right now. Actually I think the biggest missed opportunity was drafting Ivey. He is an undersized ball dominant guard who isn't a particularly good shooter (though his 3 has been better so far this year) and is bad at defense. How does that compliment Cade? This is probably why he is coming off the bench and we are starting Killian and his zero offensive output.
My two observation –
1. The Pistons botched it by not selecting Shaedon Sharpe
2. The Killian experiment needs to end
What Monty Williams is doing with killian and Ivey is what got him fired in Phoenix being stubborn and not making changes.I think he hurt Ivey confidence and starting killian is hurting our star player
Monty Williams is a liar you claim the ball should move shoot within six or seven seconds you let Cunningham play with the ball turn the ball over cut down the entire offense with his selfish ball playing I cannot believe a coach will let him do that Monty Williams is a liar about this ball movement
I'm so sick of people labeling killing Hayes as just excellent defensive player he gets cooked all the time he gets a couple stills here and there he is not a NBA player I'll be so glad when they get rid of him completely
Ivey not getting minutes makes no sense. I have been saying from the beginning of the season starting Killian over him will lead to turmoil in that locker room. There is something brewing mark my word.
DeAndre Aden look better than any of our big men but he couldn't play for Monty Williams same way he's doing jaden ivey this is going to come to head jayn ivy is too good of a ball player for you to let Kelly Hayes get away with murder and bench him. You let cave Cunningham turn the ball over ball down the offense but you treat him like he's gold

If Cade is always this good I'm not giving up on him until he's 29. He's at the very least a very very good starter in the league
Cade's turnovers always been a concern, and it's also happening with this new Coach here. But that aside, games like this against Portland are games that we should be winning. We have to do SO much better as a eam handling the rock, and also getting buckets. First disappointing result of the Season thus far. We really should have tucked them in.
