    There was a calmness in tonight's win that I have never seen in this team. A lot of this game looked like things were slowing down and easy for the Hawks. Good progress!

    So this is the type of game the Hawks would find a way in the past to take an L.

    Quinn's influence, demeanor, and standards are taking over. Even in this win… He kept the main thing the main thing. Which is developing a standard of execution. He knows the level of consistency determines the standard of play and maximizes the potential for wins.

    This level of standard is what is going to turn this team into what The Players and Hawks fans have been waiting for.

    In Quinn I trust.

    Plus Deandre has been more physical and is getting to the rim more. I get he is a real good mid range guy but the less of those shots the better.

    Brad, you say Jalen didn't play well tonight, which is true, (regardless of the 11 rebounds & going 3/7 because of the 5 bad turnovers) but fans care, because with young players consistency is key. He should have a standard rotation and set of minutes. He should be comfortable in knowing when and how much he's going to play, and it shouldn't depend on if he's got it going or not. You don't sit Anthony Edwards or Mikal Bridges, or Evan Mobley, depending on how it's going. And if you think Jalen has the potential to be a high end player, you want him thought of in those terms. Of a young player you're investing in. Because going from starter to the bench probably messed up his rhythm, and thus messed up his confidence. Thus the over passing after missing a few easy shots, which lead to turnovers. Don't do the Nate, I'll only play you if you're playing well. I mean even at the end tonight, he could have helped beat the press. But nope. And of course he's better on Kuzma than Bey, Jalen and Kuzma are the same size. Give that guy the opportunity to play through his mistakes and start him because it's more beneficial for the team, especially defensively.
