    Expectations – Mitchell

    Reality – bojan

Pls don’t make this true Morey

Mitchell and Maxey backcourt would make me cry we need Lauri

  3. Why do I feel like it’ll be Lauri & Jimmy or some like that 🤣

The Cavs not trading Mitchell this year. I would wait and see what free agency holds before going for Lavine. Rather just overpay the contract for OG then overpay in a trade then pay him anyway lol. Bojan doesn’t really change much

This is exactly what every podcaster is saying, I don’t believe this is being reported I think this is just common sense

Move Tobi out too, then get Lauri and a wing, bada bing!

I will shit my pants if we get Donovan Mitchell 💩

  8. Not only does Mitchell make zero sense for us with how atrocious the defense would be with him and Maxey…but you’d think Cleveland would need a king’s ransom to part with the guy.

  9. There is a huge differency between these names and bogdanovic, are 2 stars, one elite role player and bogdanovic is a one dimensional role player

Do not blow the load on Lavine too hastily. Mitchell would be nice

  11. I don’t know about Bogdonavic and how much he has left in the tank

  12. I’m just not 100% sold on Lavine. For the right price, maybe, but the contract, the issues with the Bulls the last few seasons…. Idk – I’m just not super confident about his impact.

Mitchell I’d be really excited about. Hoping the offense would outweigh the defensive issues. Not sure how you guard Maxey, Mitchell, and Embiid….one of those guys is dropping 35 on a nightly basis.

I like Hield as a cheaper acquisition. Markannen would be dope, but Ainge would try to squeeze us hard. OG I share similar concerns about as Lavine – he’s due to make a lot of money and I don’t think it’s clear how much he impacts winning. I suspect his impact is a little overrated, as it relates to how much he’s poised to make. I also wonder how committed to Cam Johnson the Nets are.

Could we realistically get Lauri? I haven’t heard much about the Jazz trying to move him, and if they did, would anyone else try to/be able to outbid us?

If it’s Bogdan and not Bojan….all day. Cost would be super reasonable. He is not the ONLY piece we need, but he’s a piece

Yikes, the only one worth throwing any assets there for this team is OG. Bojan would be a big mistake with his age. Anyone they spend assets on needs to be in the plans as a major piece for the next 3-4 years.

  16. if we did all that shit and ended up blowing our load on a guy like fucking bojan or zach lavine, i’m going to be pretty (further) dead inside.

We gonna end up talen horton tucker and deandre Jordan

The Sixers could and would be easily outbid on Mitchell, Lavine, and Anunoby, it’s pretty much not even worth discussing them.

Bogdanovic and Markkanen are interesting names, but taking a bad defensive team and adding more bad defenders is generally not a good idea – just ask Milwaukee how trading Jrue for Dame is working out for them right now. If you believe Maxey’s offensive leap to start the season is real, the names people should be looking at are solid defensive depth pieces. Gordon Hayward, Kyle Anderson, Alex Caruso, Delon Wright. They’re not sexy, but they’d do far more to help this team than more guys who can score but can’t defend anybody, and they’ll be far cheaper to acquire too.
