If I were Desmond Ritter I be asking myself that same question
Desmond was not ready to start we were told he was and the Falcons convinced the fans he was and no need to go into free agency or the draft to get a QB
I've been a day one, riding with Jarvis and Tenitra since I first came across y'all content. That being said, you two haven't been fair with Desmond Ridder ever since the offseason. Y'all were trying to push the Lamar Jackson thing, and then later when the season got started y'all were pretending like everything wrong with the offense was Ridder's fault.
SMH. Arthur Smith is going to look like a fool unless Heneike all of a sudden becomes a long term starter. Because if it's not Ridder, and it's not Heineke…then ATL is going to have to trade away valuable draft capital to move up to draft a QB and hope they don't Bryce Young 2.0
All because Smith doesn't have the balls to stick with the process and see what Ridder has. Kurt Warner showed on Twitter that the play designs have been trash. Anyone with eyes can see the protection has been trash. LOL, but hey…don't worry, Taylor Heineke lost last week but he scored points. Hahahaha this is why I say Falcons fans en masse aren't bright.
I understand the hype about Heinicke, I also look forward to see what he can do with this offense. But I really think Ridder shouldn’t be blamed as much. I really think besides Ridder being inexperienced we have a coaching problem. For me it looks like those really unique and talented players are put in really unfavorable roles. Like they are put into a mold to fit the existing scheme, instead of building a scheme around the special relents those players bring. You can’t use Ridder like Tom Brady, nor should he be coached like that. You can’t use Pitts like Tyreke Hill. And for now, Bijan should be a RB in the first place, not a WR.
This is an indictment of the future of this head coach
