  1. Diplomatic answer. We all saw how frustrated he was on the sidelines.

  2. Granted, yeah, he was the biggest issue last year. But we had glaring roster construction issues outside of Poole.

Steve Kerr said something diplomatic and non-confrontational. Amazing. I’m sure all of those games from last year where you see him on the sideline looking absolutely defeated after like 80% of Poole’s possessions doesn’t mean anything 🤣

Yea a lot of things went wrong.

JPoop3 was the #1 biggest reason.

It’s a good listen – lots of cool stuff about the rooks and also singles out both Cory Joseph and Jermone Robinson actively making the team better in leadership ways.

To my ear, he didn’t sound diplomatic about JP but actually pissed – he talks about Draymond’s fault and his taking ownership for causing a part of it and also distributes blame to himself and everyone for how they managed the year. That’s pretty fair.

I agree with him, but the way a Poole is playing this year with the Wizards is ridiculous and doesn’t help his case. He has been playing extremely immature in Washington.

Having said all that, I say: Good Luck! Good riddance.

I warned my new ‘home town’, don’t pitch your tent too near that fire.

Unpopular opinion: Kerr is to blame as the coach of the team.

Everyone’s going to stay politically correct on this subject from the warriors. Iggys interview with JJ kinda confirms that Poole’s attitude just didn’t fit the warriors system.

Agree with Steve. I did not enjoy Poole’s overall performance last year but I take no pleasure seeing people put him down. Whether you like it or not, this man helped the big 3 get their 4th ring.

Kerrs a nice guy a a great coach. He’s not going to say anything less.
