Coby nor PWill cannot flourish as young players with the dynamic of the "Big 3".
I'd rather see a young team learning/growing together as a Team than what's on display, currently.

Does Patrick Williams look like a player who cares? Or even understand what it takes to won in basketball? Like for instead of standing in the corner on offense, cutting to the basket for a pass or trying for an offensive rebound?
Bulls are basically the same team as last year that didn’t make the playoffs (added (2) bench players from other NBA teams) and you’re actually thinking this team is making strides?!?
The rest of the league is improving exponentially and this team hangs it hat on continuity with a team that can’t make the playoffs. 🤦🏾♂️

Analytics, in my opinion, is not needed in basketball. You can see from the energy and record things need yo be changed. I said from the beginning. Tony Craig should be starting.

I don’t know what to say anymore about this team that’s already been said.
I get what you guys mean in wondering why the fans should care about the midsession tournament but if I’m not mistaken it’s for the players. It’s an attempt to help make the players care more about playing more games in the regular season. The payoff for the fans in my mind is the hope that when fans attend games they see the stars they want to see playing on the court instead of resting on the bench or elsewhere.
Either way I’m sure there will be tweaks along the way and improvements for future years if the league is insistent of having this type of competition.
“Are things worse than they seem?” No, they’re just exactly as bad as they seem but for some reason all the fans and local media try to spin everything as a positive instead of just accepting that this isn’t working and hasn’t been working for almost 2yrs now and additions of replacement level players like Carter/Craig are fine but not changing anything. Those guys are solid additions for a contender who is retooling, not a fringe play-in team WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT THE BULLS HAVE BEEN THIS ENTIRE TIME!!!
Giving a guaranteed play in spot to a team no matter the record is the most idiotic idea I’ve ever heard and anyone who thinks it’s a good idea is not someone you should ever listen too. What would be the point of playing any games after a certain point…
