Lauri Markkanen was great again for the Utah Jazz but it wasn’t enough to overcome an Orlando Magic team that was able to grind their way to a close win over the Jazz. Jordan Clarkson has not been good this season and it’s starting to be a problem.

No excuses to lose to Orlando Magic. Games like this can be seen as useless as we are begining season but at end when are 1 game out of playoffs we will get to this. Jazz need a real pg to feed Lauri more.

The game was lost when Craig Bolerjack said, “last night we had 79 at half, we’re 57 with over 6 min still to play. Then we went on to score 2 points the rest of the half. Started the 3rd quarter and with just over 5 min gone we were 63. Went from up 10 to down 12 in that 10 min of game time when we scored 6 points.
Another thing about tht is I actually like the way he plays with Keyonte in the backcourt, he makes boneheaded plays sometimes but at least he actually passes the ball to key and doesn’t have some weird vendetta.Tht is honestly one of the more unselfish guards on this roster which really says something lol, more unselfish than sexton definitely, clarkson absolutely, Dunn isn’t really that selfish but I feel like he lowkey is looking key off a lot because he sees him in his rear view and even ochai is selfish(ochai is just not a playmaker at all).
The Jazz have not been a team that develops players since Johnnie Bryant left. Agbaji and Kessler are not any better than last year. A top pick won't do much good because they will not develop. Don't count Lauri has a player that was develop because he just finally got a chance.
