I don’t know why Kessler wasn’t in for Olynyk on the defensive possession where Banchero scored. Olynyk is a little more mobile but it’s not like the Magic have knock down shooters– if Wendell Carter takes a three I think we can live with that. Watching that play I can’t help but think Kessler would have contested Banchero’s shot more than Olynyk. And it’s not like Hardy just wants to play his vets either in crunch time, he put in Keyonte on the last offensive possession over Sexton. I didn’t watch his full post game presser but if someone asked about it I’d be curious his reasoning.

I mean THT was the weakest shooter, but with end of the clock having a fully open man shooting isn’t bad choice. Last minute of play isn’t the reason why we lost. We lost because of early game and full game for TURNOVERS TURNOVERS! The missing 2 feet from the basket easy baskets and if you miss that not getting even fouls for it…just bad overall feel for making the basket.
