Too many missed free throws, not looking for Grimes when he was wide open
Despite folks believing the Knicks will have a better season than last year, they're going to be in for a rude awakening. This is going to be a long season…. especially as long as Thibs is the coach.
Hit free throws and it’s a dub, Brunson was still in preseason form and Randle still in playoffs form

Grimes, was wide open and they didn't passed the ball to him and besides too many missed free throws. They need another player that can help
Im glass half full here. Amazing our best players were bad and missed all those freethrows and still almost beat the title favorite? If they grab these next two games this lost is gonna look a lot different.
Should we be worried after the 1st game of the year
Sure the Knicks lost and that’s never a good feeling when they do, but against this very talented Boston team I never expected them to really win this game.That said, the Knicks could have won this game so there are a lot of positive things to take away from this loss.
Marsh broke it down nicely, and if the Knicks had gotten anything from Donte D and if they’d made a few more free throws the Knicks would have easily won this game.
The big question now is what’s next? I expect JB to bounce back because he’s that type of player, and Donte had better play better, but the big elephant in the room,
as it was last year etc, is Randle.
Randle isn’t right for this team.

Without watching the whole vid, I'm gonna say right now. There weren't enough plays for Grimes, Brunson couldn't hit the ocean, and they missed too many free throws. If they hit 75% of the ft's, they win. FREE throws free throws free throws

We played bad, but still should have won. Abysmal calls from the officials who should be beaten up for their performances. Abject wasters.
