It’s the little shit that makes watching this version of the team a lot less frustrating. Loose balls are actually acquired when they used to lead to opponent 3s like 80% of the time. We actually rebound. We don’t get beat by athletic bums that are just trying harder. We defend! We make the shots that should be made. Rotations make sense. I’m just very happy right now as a Nets fan

The willingness of Ben and DFS to do dirty work, while also having plus athleticism, is what’s making these small ball lineups survive defensively.

It’s amazing how much fun it is watching a team full of players that actually want to win together.

I’ll forever love the fact that Kevin Durant chose to play for us but holy shit I haven’t had this much fun watching the nets since the kidd Kmart RJ years

We didn’t out rebound them. Stop the cap

Love the dogs we have on this team. Doe doe, Kal, Ben, Royce, DSJ, Lonnie. Missing clax but damn we got some dogs

Stars don’t do that shit. When we were star driven, they won’t hustle because it takes away energy for offense, which is their bread and butter. We legit have a team of hustlers

It’s really cool that Ben is essentially our centre rebounding but he is not being forced go guard centres and we can use him on the wing more. Really just good shit

Even Cam T got three key successive rebounds. The team spirit seems much better this season, and everyone’s playing well and motivated

no we didn’t? Bulls had 42 rebounds to our 39

Claxton is so overrated and it’s crazy that yall think he’s untouchable lmao. We’d be wise to trade him just like we did Jarret Allen before having to pay him way too much
