I'd give C Wood a solid b + thus far. It has only been 5 games so a solid week analysed grade won't be available until say mid terms or halfway through the season!
I would not trade those pieces away for Zack because this is what the Lakers have been doing over the past several seasons which in turn has caused headaches for the coaching staff and fans and lack luster performance by the athletes because of the revolving due which the roster has been season after season.
They have a deep team and after maybe ten or so games and they are in tune with one another and the playbook they are going to be a nightmare for any team that comes up against them.
NO MORE SMALL BALL!!! IF LAKERS DON'T WANNA START OFF SLOW THEY BETTER START WOOD. SMALL BALL GIVES UP OFFENSIVE REBOUNDS AND POINTS IN THE PAINT, WOOD TAKES A LOAD OFF AD, DEFENSE IS BETTER WITH A BIG LINEUP AND DAVIS CAN SHOOT FROM THE PERIMETER AND PLAY DEFENSE AROUND THE PERIMETER.

It's a maybe for me. The season barely started, let's not be hasty and pull any trade you may regret. Personally I think we have enough offensive fire power. I wouldn't sacrifice defense for Zach….yet.
