    This was a super encouraging win. Plenty of opportunity to get rattled between the Nets’ individual shot making and the refs, but we stuck to our game and shut down the paint late. Good stuff.

    I may have written Al’s obituary as a productive player too soon. It seems like he has plenty of game left. Derrick is still the right choice for the starting lineup though.

    Mad props to the Nets. They played with massive grit and were hitting wild shots tonight. If this was last year’s Celtics, I think it’s a poor loss for us.

    Also shows how much of an impact White has on this team when he’s out there.

    Love how Tatum helped slam the door in the 4th – that’s what superstars do.

    Favorite part of this win for me was that while the Celtics keep on missing open 3’s late, they still locked up on defense, and got a couple of interior shots to fall, too.

    You love to see this team find a way to close it out even with the 3’s not falling. That’s a huge sign of progress for them after last season being pretty much, “Hit your 3’s or lose.”

    This definitely was our worst game this season. We looked out of sync a lot this game, feel like we weren’t hitting 3’s.

    And yet we scored 30+ 3/4 quarters and won by double digits. LOVE this team man

    I absolutely love that we kept feeding KP down low or in the roll action. He changes our offense big time with his aggressive attacks with that size and skill set.

    All the respect in the world for JT’s 32-10, but KP put that game in his fucking pocket at the end and totally deserves player of the game. 8-10 shooting with 3 credited blocks and probably a couple more he didn’t get credit for.

    Jrue out there quietly just a rebound shy of a goddamn triple double. He’s been a godsend.
