Spurs should start Osman simple as that. The guy can get going from 3 out the gate. Malaki who is a decent scorer at times and is pretty good at getting to his spots, can't seem to knock down his shots consistently.

I think Cedi has played best of the backups (not counting Tre) and should get the nod – IF Pop wants to continue the Jeremy point guard experiment. If Tre gets the nod, move Sochan to two and have our best five youngsters on the court to start. I hope they don't do that though – Tre is getting good minutes off the bench, and Jeremy is learning fast. I think Cedi moving up would create the least disruption, with Julian filling his role on the bench.
Vassell is officially an injury prone now. Better trade him while his value is high. I'd rather have a decent starter who can play most games than a borderline all-star who is injured half of the season.
Pop doesn't always like to change up his rotations. I would guess Champagnie or Wesley. Might go crazy and put in Graham in the starting lineup as a 2.
if Sochan still on PG, I would go with Osman, he is very good with us

Cedi starts, of course. Love his game and basketball IQ. I would move Mamu into the rotation to replace Cedi.
I think that once Vassel returns, move KJ to the bench with the second unit and let him cook to his hearts content. KJ and Vic don't mesh well together, KJ and DV don't want to defer to Vic and believe that they're at the top of the pecking order. I need to see situational development from them both because they don't value the ball down the stretch and rely heavily on hero ball. Tre and Vic should decide endgame decisions.
I'd give Branham a shot. If he can develop a defensive game and keep his shooting stroke, the Vassell with Branham off the bench one two punch would be awesome. I see Cedi as Keldon backup, good shooting stroke and defensive minded. The Spurs size this year is gargantuan, only two players not 6-4 or better. Rich, take care of yourself buddy!
It depends on Pop honestly, if he still tries to figure out the "PG Sochan" then just give Julian or Malaki a shot at 2. But, if they are trying to win games, I believe starting Tre is the best option, which means Keldon would be playing 2, and Jeremy at 3. I saw a lot of "Spurs fans" complaining about not giving Vic the ball, well Tre is the perfect solution to the problem since he's a capable floor general who will make sure Vic gets his shots at every opportunity.

We need to keep Osman and Tre in the 2nd unit. The bench looks much stronger with them coming off it.
