as a raps fan, im happy scottie is blowing up, but deep down, im scared that they might trade siakam, he used to he my fav player
People are too eager to push players out once they find a hot player. You need players who can keep the defenses away from Scottie. Darko needs to manage the players to make sure guys can be their best and work well together. Siakam, Barnes and OG have worked really well together when they've been on the floor as well. Find out if they can set a better 1/2 court game together, those three are dangerous. We have shooters (could use some better ones).
Why trade Pascal for a guy who may not make it easier on Scottie. There aren't that many guys that are better than Siakam (that are available to be traded!).
The job is on Darko now, he's got good players, but they need to work on getting them to work together.
I hope that I am not the one that points out that Pascal has been asked to take a step back so Barnes can be the centre piece.
What a team player, I hope he stays because Pascal skills are great, especially with another potential superstar.

Last year was an anomaly in that the 5 starters played basically each and every game under Nurse. It's clear that Coach Darko isn't going to do that, so we will not see the starters losing their legs come January. That, and the fact that Scottie is so young, means his offensive stats won't suffer a dramatic drop due to a worn-down body.
