Joe Mazzulla said he would have taken this loss much harder last year but hopes this serves as a lesson. But he loved the competition: “That was an awesome. What a game. That was sick.”

I agree these games don’t mean anything at this point especially in early November but watching Ant go on a heater was amazing

Would have been awesome if they didn’t have ugly turnovers on 3/5 of the final possessions and weak jump shots on the other 2. That was shit basketball.

I don’t really know what you learn from that. The jays have already been there done that lol

  3. The loss doesn’t mean anything. How you continue to play stupid after saying once again you learned your lesson does.

They need a better bench though. Its glaring. Even with White back, the bench is still weak.

I think some of the criticisms of his TO usage is overblown, but tonight sucked.

It was loud in there during that OT run, Edwards is cooking and feeling good, and the shit we ran in response was to rush and force it trying to get quick buckets. If there ever was a time for a quick timeout, it was then.

I mean, Tatum was focused on fouling Ant out. That’s all he did in the 4th.

We didn’t have the spacing. It’s not a bad loss. As bad as we played, it’s probably a double digit regulation win with D White.

lmao hell yeah hoops !!! doesnt matter if we saw the same ugly habits all over again

once again didnt call a timeout at the end. let the game get away and says this lame stuff after the game. same as last year.

The reliance of D White is a bit concerning, that means our bench can’t be trusted and we are one injury away to become mid. I know this sub hates the Kyrie/Hayward era but on that team the depth is jnsane as we.can afford 2 Injured starter and keep on winning. But the Stater is better and more well rounded this year for sure.
