Makes no real sense for either team. The Sixers got nothing but a bag of balls and a 1st round pick 5 years from now. They either are under the delusion they can actually compete with this roster or they plan to flip these contracts and picks for a veteran role player down the line. Or maybe this is the beginning of blowing it up. Smells of desperation on the part of the Clippers. A back court of Harden and Westbrook? Really? No way the Clippers will pay Harden so this is a one year wild long shot that throwing together a bunch of constantly injured/playoff choking relics will somehow lead to a title. Wow.
The only surprise is that Daryl M. still has a job.
