TLue plainly stated that Kawhi is the best player. He is the clear cut #1. Him running from corner to corner hoping to get a touch ainât it. Gotta run sets through him from this day forth. Itâs simple. The Clippers as a team were not ready to play, especially Paul George. By not ready to play I mean playing as a team with focus (playing smart) and drive (intensity, hustle the whole game). They may have assumed they would just walk all over the Knicks. If so, they may have underestimated the opposing teamâs pride. They have the talent, but talent can only get you so far. I know. I am a Sixers fan who sat through the 1977 championship series only to watch the most talented, star-studded, heavily favored team (Sixers) loss to the underdog – the Trailblazers. Portland won not because they were more talented, but because they consistently played smart and with an a lot of intensity and confidence. While itâs only one game since Harden has joined the Clippers you wonder if the game against the Knicks is an omen. You also have to give a lot of credit to the Knicks. They played like the 1977 Trailblazers. They made a statement to the Clippers. âNot in my house. And sent the âstar-studdedâ Clippers packing early. I feel for the Clippers fans.
These boys in the comments couldn't wait to blame harden đ the man played one game for 30 mins if clippers would of won they still would of had something to say "he only has 17 points" stop being a Stats watcher and actually watch the game the clippers had a bad shooting night and way to many turnovers and the New york knicks actually played really good for the first time this season
I dont want to say to much ! Its only 1 game ! Give it 2 weeks ! …but really i thought it set the Clippers back ! ..they lost Defence ..R co ..nick B ..plus they both shoot 3 ! ..lost young talent ..and draft picks …….i truly Believe they had enough offense when Healthy ….they should of tried ! Or traded ..Zubac ..and should of went after …one of Minnesota big centers ..and then we would be on or way ! Just my opinion . And paul George ! And khwii need to drive to the whole more and create fouls ! ..just because they can shoot ! They dont try enough ! U would think they would know that ! .

In truth they just went cold ina. Stretch when knicks did not miss. It happens. The offense looks good under harden and they will be just fine
