Die Hard Knicks Fans Only! on Instagram: “The Knicks say Barrett is dealing with ptellar tendinopathy in his left knee. Hopefully he can maintain his stellar start to the season.”

Should we rest him some more games? Someone in the comments said this the same one Shump had and went down. Will looked that up. His career for the long haul is more important than playing a few games.

I don’t know what that means but it sounds serious

Damn its the shit I have, but this is basically jumpers knee and very easily aggravated – get that PT in my boy

I have this too, it’s annoying as hell in the mornings, especially after a workout

Anyone know if this is something that can become more serious? That’s my concern

  5. Does not sound good, but looks like it is manageable through constant treatment/therapy (which these guys get)

Hope it heals up so he has one less thing to deal with…. his 1st game back he got 30 minutes so that is a good sign I guess

It’s jumpers knee. Not great to have but it’s common and also not the end of the world if managed properly.

Uh, this is weird. Patellar tendinopathy is an overuse injury. Not something you would get from banging knees with Derrick White. Is this account legit, because it feels like something isn’t adding up.

Don’t worry, thibs is going to be extremely measured, rational, and health focused in his decisions
