Getting DFS back would be great, expensive but worth it. There is no way we would get him without Hardy or Green being part of the Deal. I would be totally fine with something like Hardy+Powell+1st for DFS.

My understanding is that the Mavs were allowed to trade for DFS at the start of this season’s calendar year, not a full year. Also, Josh Green can not be traded because he signed his extension.

Do a three team trade. DFS goes to Hawks for Capala, Mavricks send Maxi, Curry, Green if needed, Holms, Norris & Exum. Mavs get Capala & FSmith & draft picks. Checks a lot of boxes.

honestly i’m sick of this powell hate. he’s not a starting center but he run the pick and roll perfectly with luka and kyrie.
he’s great with small ball line ups and part of the reason why why we are terrible at rebounding is because we do taps and not grab the ball.
now we have lively we have a variety of pf/c combinations to throw out, honestly by the way lively is going in his career by year 3 if he’s taking 3 3‘s a game and luka is still doing what he’s doing we should be able to get a chip
