I didn't like Scottie as the number 4 draft pick. That lasted until the first game of summer league. Not only was he much better than I had been led to believe but he had a special quality that few have. Like Vince Carter, he's fun to watch. It's been a long time since we had a player with real star quality
The big question mark for me is can Schroeder, Poetl, Siakam and Barnes work in the same lineup? I think the team needs a stretch big for more spacing for this to work much better. That's why when we go with a small ball lineup, you see our offence click much better

this is why we were saying to build around scottie since last year, except all the talking heads including adan and yahoo sports personalities and doug smith and all these fools were talking about siakam being a max player or fred being a max player…. they aren't! it took a full effing year to get to this point, depressing lmao
